Why are we offering this
One On One has a history of developing leaders at all levels. We would like to give back to the community by inviting 3 leaders from companies we haven’t worked with to come join us and discover their next level of leadership.
We know the program is very effective. Take a chance, sign up for the complimentary seats, and if selected, all you have to do is give us some of your time and let us invest in you.

Each seat covers the full program value of $1,495 at no cost to the selected company or leader.

Program: It's Okay to Be the Boss
Format: Virtual (live sessions, not pre-recorded)
Starting Date: October 20th, 2026
Schedule: Every other Tuesday & Monday, 1:00 – 3:00 PM Eastern
Sessions: 7 total
Includes: Leadership assessments, coaching, and a personalized development plan
Who Can Apply
You can apply for yourself or recommend someone from your organization. We're selecting 3 individuals from 3 different companies. One seat per organization.
To be considered:
→ You (or the person you're recommending) manage people day-to-day
→ Your company has 10 or more employees
→ Your company hasn't worked with One On One HR before
→ The selected participant commits to attending all 7 sessions and completing assessments
Rich Frigon, our president, will personally review every application and select the 3 participants who are the strongest fit for the program.
