Catalyst is a structured, intentional engagement — not a set of disconnected coaching calls. Every element builds on the last, so you're not just learning about leadership. You're actively reshaping how you lead. Here's what the program involves:
Self-Reflection & Leadership Assessments
The program begins with structured self-reflection exercises designed to surface how you see your own leadership — your strengths, your blind spots, and your default behaviors under pressure. This is paired with two proprietary leadership behavioral assessments (Conflict and Influencing profiles) that give you an objective look at eleven specific behaviors shaping how you manage conflict and influence others. These assessments take 20–30 minutes to complete and provide the behavioral foundation for everything that follows.
Confidential 360-Review Feedback
Our interview-based 360 review process is one of our strongest differentiators. Unlike survey-based tools, all feedback is gathered through personal, confidential interviews — no forms, no online questionnaires. This produces detailed, specific, and actionable insights that generic 360 platforms simply can't match. Feedback is summarized anonymously, and because we're an outside partner, feedback providers feel safe to be fully open and honest. The result is a clear picture of how your leadership is experienced by the people around you — peers, direct reports, and senior colleagues.
One-on-One Executive Coaching
Throughout the 4–5 month engagement, you work one-on-one with a senior coach who knows your personality, your 360 feedback, and your assessment results. Coaching sessions are confidential, direct, and tailored to your specific leadership challenges — not pulled from a playbook. We become a resource you can call when real-time leadership situations come up that are outside your comfort zone. Our coaching approach is practical: based on what's actually happening in your role, not theoretical models.
Future State Assessment (FSA)
The Future State Assessment is a defining element of Catalyst. It moves you from understanding where you are to defining where you want to be as a leader — and building a concrete plan to get there. The FSA helps you articulate a compelling leadership vision that aligns your daily decisions, behaviors, and priorities with the influence you want to have. It becomes the blueprint for your growth plan and the standard against which progress is measured.
Leadership Journaling
Journaling is woven into the program as a tool for ongoing self-awareness and accountability. It's not busywork — it's a structured way to track how you're applying what you're learning, notice patterns in your leadership behavior, and stay honest with yourself about progress. Journaling reinforces the coaching and keeps the growth work active between sessions.
360 Refresh & Progress Measurement
Near the end of the program, we conduct a 360 refresh — going back to your feedback providers to measure how your leadership has changed. This closes the loop. It's not enough to feel like you've grown; the people around you need to see it too. The 360 refresh gives you objective evidence of your progress and ensures the growth is visible and sustainable, not just self-reported.
