Leadership Assessments: Two behavioral profiles (Conflict Management and Leadership Influence) that reveal tendencies across eleven leadership dimensions.
360-Review Feedback: Our full interview-based 360 review process; confidential, detailed, and actionable with a development plan.
Executive Coaching: Intensive one-on-one coaching throughout the program with a senior consultant.
Future State Assessment (FSA): A structured process for defining a compelling leadership future state, an assessment of where you spend your time versus where you should spend your time, and the specific steps to assure you’re working at the right level.
Guided Self-Reflection & Journaling: Structured reflection exercises that deepen self-awareness and tracks growth throughout the program.
