One On One Human Resource Consulting ("One On One HR," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through www.oneononehr.com and our related forms and emails, how we use it, and the choices you have.
This policy covers our website, downloadable resources, newsletters, event and training registrations, and marketing emails. Confidential information shared during our coaching, 360-Review, assessment and consulting engagements is handled under the agreement for that engagement, not this policy.
Information we collect
Information you give us
Download and newsletter forms: your first name, last name, email address, and your consent to receive emails from us.
Contact forms and emails: your name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), company, and whatever you write in your message.
Training and event registration: your name, contact details, company, and the program you register for. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not see or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our site or open our emails, our website and email tools may record basic technical information. This includes your browser and device type, the pages you visit, the site that referred you (such as LinkedIn), and whether you opened an email or clicked a link. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use your information
We use your information to:
Send you the resource you requested, such as a guide or worksheet.
Send you leadership insights, blog updates, and information about our programs, if you agreed to receive them.
Respond to your questions and requests.
Register you for trainings and events, and send related reminders.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.
Marketing emails
We only send marketing emails to people who are current or past clients, or have asked for them, for example by ticking the consent box on one of our forms. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us at rfrigon@oneononehr.com to be removed. We will still send emails you need, such as confirmations for a training you registered for.
Who we share information with
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run our business. They may use it only to provide their services to us:
Customer relationship and email platform (HighLevel / LeadConnector): stores contact records and sends our emails.
Website hosting (Squarespace): hosts our website, forms, and online store.
Payment processing companies such as Stripe or PayPal: processes training and event payments.
Security services (Cloudflare): checks form submissions to block spam and bots.
Analytics and advertising tools such as LinkedIn Insight Tag: help us understand how visitors use our site.
Some of our team members and service providers may access information from outside the United States. We require them to protect it as described in this policy.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, our clients, or the public.
Cookies

How long we keep information
We keep your information while you remain subscribed or while we have a working relationship with you. After that, we keep it only as long as needed for legitimate business, legal, or accounting reasons, then delete it or make it anonymous.

We use reputable service providers with industry-standard security, and we limit access to team members who need it for their work. No method of storing or sending data online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Correct information that is wrong or out of date.
Delete your information.
Stop sending you marketing emails.
To make a request, email rfrigon@oneononehr.com. We will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example California, Canada, the United Kingdom or the European Union), you may have additional rights under local law. We will honor those rights as required.
Our website does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
Children's privacy
Our website and services are intended for business professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be highlighted on our website.
