Developing Teams
Building a high-performing team is not an accident—it takes intentional effort, focused training, and ongoing commitment. One On One HR’s leadership training workshops are designed for leaders and teams who want practical skills they can apply immediately: managing conflict, increasing accountability, improving influence, building trust, and driving measurable team performance.
Every workshop combines hands-on training with individual behavioral coaching. Participants leave with specific tools, language, and techniques they can use the next day—not binders full of theory they’ll never open.
Our team development workshops are available as standalone sessions or as a structured series for organizations investing in long-term leadership culture change.

This highly interactive workshop provides very practical techniques, language, and tools to proactively work through conflict and remove the stress. Each participant will take a conflict assessment that will be their foundation for understanding their conflict style, the tendencies they favor, and how to identify those they need to use more. This impactful workshop is 2.5 hours of intense training followed up with one-on-one coaching from one of our consultants on how to better manage conflict using their assessment results.
