Leadership Assessments
That Show You What Others Experience When You Lead
Two behavioral profiles, Conflict Management and Leadership Influence, that reveal your tendencies across eleven leadership dimensions. Fast, affordable, and actionable.
The Leadership Experience
You Create Without Realizing It
Every leader creates an experience for the people around them whether they realize it or not. Your approach to conflict, your influencing style, the way you delegate, communicate, and respond under pressure all shapes how people experience your leadership.
The challenge is that most leaders have never seen an objective picture of their behavioral tendencies. They know they're "direct" or "collaborative" or "results-driven," but they don't know the specific behaviors that are working for them, the ones that are working against them, the ones that aren’t working for other peoole, or the ones they don't even realize they're exhibiting.
When Instinct Replaces
Awareness
Without this awareness, leaders manage conflict based on instinct rather than skill. They influence others using a default style that works in some situations and backfires in others. They misread team dynamics, over-rely on strengths that have become liabilities, and wonder why certain relationships feel harder than they should.
The most expensive leadership mistakes aren't strategic, they're behavioral. And they're almost always fixable once the leader can see them clearly.
What Are Leadership Assessments?
Leadership assessments are behavioral profiling tools that help leaders understand their natural tendencies in key leadership dimensions. At One On One HR, each participant completes two behavioral profiles: a Conflict Management profile and a Leadership Influence profile. Together, these assessments provide insight into eleven leadership behaviors.
The profiles produce easy-to-interpret visual results that show your tendencies, help you understand how others experience your leadership style, and identify specific growth opportunities. Each assessment takes only 20-30 minutes to complete.
Our assessments are an economical investment and can be used with individuals, entire teams, departments, high-potential leaders, new leaders, or struggling leaders. They work as a standalone development tool or as part of our 360 review and Catalyst Leadership programs.
What the Assessments Measure
Conflict Management Profile — Measures:
How you engage with, avoid, or manage conflict situations
Your default conflict style, your options, and the styles you underuse
Specific behavioral tendencies that escalate or de-escalate conflict
Leadership Influence Profile — Measures:
How you influence others and get meaningful work done through people
Your natural influencing style and its strengths and blind spots

Together, these profiles cover eleven behavioral dimensions that define the leadership experience you create for everyone around you.

When every team member understands their own behavioral tendencies and those of their colleagues, communication improves, conflict decreases, and collaboration strengthens. Our clients use the assessments in team building engagements to better understand and improve team dynamics.
-
Our assessments focus specifically on leadership and business oriented behaviors, and how you manage conflict and how you influence others, rather than personality type.
