What We’re Offering
We're awarding 3 Leadership Grant seats to our fall program, It's Okay to Be the Boss — a 7-session virtual leadership program designed to give managers a repeatable system for leading their teams effectively.
Each grant covers the full program value of $1,495 at no cost to the selected company or leader.
What The Program Covers
→ Setting clear expectations from day one
→ Giving direct, constructive feedback — weekly, not quarterly
→ Holding people accountable without damaging the relationship
→ Delegating with clarity instead of hope
→ Following up consistently so nothing falls through the cracks
→ Building a leadership system that gets measurable results
This isn't theory from a textbook. It's a practical, proven framework built from 35+ years of coaching hundreds of leaders across every industry.
Program Details
Program: It's Okay to Be the Boss
Format: Virtual (live sessions, not pre-recorded)
Dates: October 20, 2026 – January 2027
Schedule: Every other Monday & Tuesday, 1:00 – 3:00 PM Eastern
Sessions: 7 total
Includes: Leadership assessments, coaching, and a personalized development plan
Who Should Apply
This grant is for companies that haven't worked with One On One HR before. To be considered:
→ Your company has 50 or more employees
→ The nominated leader manages people day-to-day
→ They have not received formal management training
→ The selected leader commits to attending all 7 sessions and completing assessments
We're not drawing names from a hat. Rich Frigon, our president, will personally review every application and select the 3 leaders who will benefit most — and bring the most value back to their teams.
DEADLINE
Applications close September 10, 2026. Grant recipients will be announced by September 12.
